Izzy
Izzy is the friendly face many patients meet during traction. Her goal is the same: to turn what can feel like an intimidating part of a visit into something people actually enjoy. Before joining
Lindenwoods Chiropractic, Izzy worked in a gym setting, where she discovered how much she loved helping people reach their goals and feel more like themselves. That passion led her to pursue a more hands-on role, one where she could learn from the team at Lindenwoods Chiropractic and be part of a team focused on helping patients throughout their care. Now, she assists with X-rays, posture exams, and in-office traction, bringing the same encouraging energy to every appointment.
Ask Izzy what she loves most about the job, and she’ll tell you it’s the connection. She loves getting to know patients, sharing a laugh during traction, and being part of small moments that turn an ordinary visit into something memorable. She hopes patients notice that she’s genuine, easygoing, and truly there to help them feel comfortable being themselves, because a chiropractic office doesn’t have to feel intimidating.

Outside the clinic, Izzy is usually working on something creative, whether that’s painting, designing tattoos for friends, or putting together a pet portrait for the animal lovers in her life. She’s travelled to eight countries so far and is always planning the next trip. Music is a constant presence in her life too; if you know her, you know that a good playlist, strong coffee, snacks, and dogs are basically all it takes to make her day. Patients who meet Izzy quickly learn she’s as much a friendly presence as she is part of the care team, someone who makes every visit at Lindenwoods Chiropractic feel a little lighter and a lot more fun.
Kay
Kay is the proud grandmother of six wonderful grandchildren and lights up whenever she talks about spending time with them — whether she’s cheering them on at their activities or simply enjoying special moments together. Before joining our team, Kay successfully ran an insurance brokerage office, where she honed her sharp eye for detail, organization, and exceptional customer care.
Today, we’re fortunate to have Kay bring that same dedication and warmth to Lindenwoods Chiropractic. She plays a key role in assisting with scheduling, managing patient care details, and keeping the back office running smoothly. Her calm, caring presence is a true asset to our clinic, and she’s always happy to help patients feel supported on their journey to better health.
Julie
Julie is a familiar face for many patients at Lindenwoods Chiropractic, and it’s easy to see why. She loves getting to know people from every walk of life, from babies and new moms to students and seniors, and hearing their stories is one of her favourite parts of the day.
Julie actually spent time away from Lindenwoods Chiropractic before returning seven or eight years later, drawn back by how much she loved being part of this team the first time around. Before that, her path looked a little different: she studied psychology in university, then spent years playing volleyball at a competitive level. Between the sport, the travel, and the time she spent living in other countries, those experiences shaped who she is today just as much as any classroom did.
Julie hopes patients see her as friendly, compassionate, and eager to help from the moment they meet her. Over the years, she’s come to believe that a caring, friendly person can make a real difference for someone, no matter what they’re going through. She’s also learned that showing up consistently for yourself and for the people around you can make a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, family comes first for Julie. She spends her time with her husband and their two teenage children, whether they’re out in nature, playing sports and board games, or settled in for a movie night. The family recently welcomed their first puppy, and Julie will be the first to admit she didn’t know she could love a dog quite this much.
A few things make Julie’s story especially her own: she’s a former professional volleyball player who has lived in six different countries, and she met her husband, a Dutchman, while playing volleyball in the Netherlands. Her faith and her family remain what she’s most passionate about, both on and off the court.
Chloe
Chloe brings a warm, sarcastic, and genuinely approachable energy to every corner of Lindenwoods Chiropractic. Ask her what she loves most about her role, and she’ll tell you it’s being part of a team that truly cares, and building real connections with the patients who walk through the door. Her path to chiropractic wasn’t a straight line, and that’s part of what makes her so good at it. Chloe started her career as an Educational Assistant, then moved into Events Coordination and Radio Sales before landing in her current role as a chiropractic assistant, a job that lets her combine her favourite parts of each. She graduated from Red River College with a background in Educational Assisting and spent four years studying Spanish along the way.
What keeps her motivated is simple: she wanted a career that let her use her skills, work with people, and make a positive impact on their experience. Along the way, she’s learned that no two patients are alike. She used to think everyone’s care would look pretty similar, but she quickly saw that every person’s experience is different, and their care should reflect that.

Outside the office, Chloe focuses on building relationships and spreading good energy. You’ll likely find her spending time with family and friends, soaking up a pool day, browsing the Third and Bird markets, or working through a puzzle. She’s engaged to her fiancé, Austin, and has a French Bulldog named Blue (better known as Piggy), who keeps things entertaining whenever Chloe makes it back to Altona to visit. She’s also a proud Minnesota Vikings fan; don’t be surprised if you hear a “SKOL!” during football season.
A few fun facts round out the picture: Chloe was once crowned Altona Royalty and appeared in a Hallmark movie! Patients quickly learn that she’s as easy to talk to as she is genuine, someone who makes every visit feel a little warmer and a lot more fun.
